## **Job Description** Our team supports Government to make the challenging strategic decisions that shape the future of our State and Nation. We work on engagements to realign investment to public purpose and help government departments to restructure and direct resources to the highest public value. **Your Opportunity ** In response to sustained growth, we seek mid-career consultants who are tired of the formulaic career path of a traditional consulting firm. Here, you’ll be motivated by real impact. You will experience hands-on apprenticeship with Partners who pride themselves in being deeply involved in the work. You’ll contribute to the growth of the business and get exposure to senior leaders in Government. You will develop your expertise and understand how to effect positive change that your friends, family and community will see each day. **About You ** The ideal candidate for this unique opportunity will bring: - 5 - 8 years of consulting or advisory experience (ideally with a strength in Supply Chain, Analytics and Operating Model space) - Excellent results in a tertiary degree of your choice - Ability to solve unstructured or ambiguous problems through application of logical and systematic problem solving techniques - Executive-level communication skills including the ability to synthesise complex information in both oral and written formats to inform fast decision making by senior business leaders - Strong leadership and coaching skills, with experience managing teams and engagements - Excellent relationship building skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse client and internal stakeholders You should be willing to contribute to the business development activities of the practice and, in time, to develop your own fields of specialisation and network of professional contacts. You thrive on a challenge, display excellent communication and negotiation skills, and are motivated to deliver the highest standards of client service.
