**Will you join us?** We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Data Analyst to join our growing team. We recently won at the Telstra Business Awards (NSW, AU) for embracing innovation and are also listed in the Australian Financial Review’s Fast 100 growth companies.  **What you’ll do:** As a **Product Data Analyst**, you will play a critical role in transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive our strategic decisions.  You will develop advanced BI dashboards for internal teams, collaborate with product teams to create Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) using real customer data and manage user engagement campaigns to drive product adoption. Your expertise in data analytics and proficiency in SQL will be essential in enhancing our product offerings and internal tools. **Key Responsibilities:** **_Data analytics and insights:_** - Measure and track product engagement metrics to understand trends in user behaviour and product usage. - Analyse data to influence product strategy and make data-driven decisions. - Develop and maintain data models and pipelines for analytics and reporting. **_Dashboard development:_** - Design and implement BI dashboards for internal teams using leading BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Looker). - Automate data visualisation solutions to reduce manual effort and improve data accessibility. - Collaborate with product management to develop MVP feature prototypes by querying real customer data and generating automated reports. **_User management and engagement:_** - Own user lifecycle management, ensuring users are set up with correct subscription preferences and assigned to appropriate account details. - Manage and optimise product engagement campaigns across the user lifecycle including onboarding, activation, retention and re-engagement. Implement campaigns using customer messaging platforms, including emails and in-app messaging. - Track and report on campaign performance, analysing data to optimise campaigns based on experiments and results. **Who we are looking for:** - Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in data analytics, product analysis or a similar role. - Proven ability to automate data processes and reduce manual effort. - Proficiency in SQL and experience with data querying languages. - Strong experience in data analysis, statistical analysis, and data visualisation. - Ability to develop analytics dashboards using leading BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Looker). - Experience with data modelling, ETL processes, and working with large datasets. - Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel **_Bonus / Preferred Experience _**_(but not required)**:**_ - proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and automation - experience using customer messaging platforms (e.g. Intercom) for email campaigns, messaging flows, product tours and user management. **Who you’ll work with:** - This role will report to the VP ofProduct and will work alongside Product peers located across APAC - Key internal stakeholders are teams including but not limited to Customer Success, Sales, development. **Our values:** Each day you deliver your role with our CIM Values front of mind: - **_Building Joy_** - Our work provides customers with superpowers enabling them to be brilliant at what they do. - **_Create with Meaning_** - doing work that matters is in our DNA.
