**About the Role:** The **Senior Data Analyst** will oversee the management and enhancement of our client’s database systems. This pivotal role ensures the integrity, security, and efficiency of their data operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in database management, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams to drive data-driven decision-making. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate on a variety of product and business challenges with a diverse range of cross-functional partners, becoming a trusted strategic ally through the structure and clarity of your work. - Apply technical expertise in quantitative analysis, experimentation, and data presentation to develop strategies for our business and help solve its biggest challenges. - Develop hypotheses through analytical approaches, using different methodologies and frameworks to test them. - Define, understand, and test opportunities to improve products and business performance, influencing roadmaps with insights and recommendations. - Partner with cross-functional teams to inform, influence, and execute strategic decisions. - Identify and measure the success of product initiatives through forecasting and monitoring key product metrics to understand trends. - Use data to shape product development, quantify new opportunities, and identify upcoming challenges. **Skills/Experience:** - Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in data analysis, database management, or a related role. - Proven experience in an analytics role, turning data into actionable insights and recommendations. - Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to synthesise insights into compelling narratives. - Experience with the SaaS customer lifecycle, from acquisition to retention. - Skilled in designing and analysing experiments. - Superior SQL skills (Snowflake, Postgres) — able to write structured and efficient queries on large data sets. - Extensive experience with a Business Intelligence tool (e.g. Tableau or Hex). - Experience with a statistical scripting language (e.g. R or Python) is a plus. ** **
