We are looking for a Data Change Analyst to join our Regulatory Operations team – a collaborative team of data change experts in transaction reporting for our commodities and global markets business.This is a 12 month fixed term contract.At Macquarie, our advantage is bringing together diverse people and empowering them to shape all kinds of possibilities. You'll be part of a friendly and supportive team where everyone - no matter what role - contributes ideas and drives outcomes.What role will you play?As a Data Business Analyst, you will work closely with our Senior Data Business Analyst to deliver on strategic data capabilities that simplify our reporting, ensuring first time accuracy and proactively identify data risk. You will support your team and work with data producers and technology teams to understand business processes, interpret patterns in business and data flows, and use those data-driven insights to enhance business processes.What you offer5-10 years experience working in Operations in a Financial Services environmentGood communications skillsAbility to understand, analyse and present dataDesire to learn how to document all elements of the data governance processStrong teamwork to allow you to collaborate effectively on the projects data solutionsPrior experience in a regulatory driven environment would also be advantageous.We love hearing from anyone inspired to build a better future with us.
