Senior Business Analyst - Data MigrationBusiness Transformation Lead – Shape the Future of Business SuccessAre you a strategic thinker with a passion for process improvement and value-driven initiatives? Join us to lead transformation projects that make a difference.About the RoleAs a Senior Business Analyst, you will:Analyse and improve business systems, driving innovative and measurable change.Lead transformation initiatives by researching, designing, and implementing impactful solutions.Mentor Business Analysts, fostering a culture of accountability, performance, and growth.DutiesUndertake analysis and provide insights on current processes to support the review and re-design of business systems.Critically review business processes and recommend improvements.Provide independent and high-level advice and analysis to business leaders on opportunities and initiatives.Anticipate and assess changes which impact the business and exercise judgement in the absence of precedent and making decisions with significant impact.Facilitate transformation through the provision of well-researched analysis and information to the business and by ensuring that the requirements for change are clearly identified.Research, develop and implement clear and measurable initiatives that support and enhance the changes of the business.Contribute to the shared sense of direction and a culture of performance, accountability, and service across a team of professionals and support staff.Maintain knowledge of the relevant legislation, processes, and analytical requirements for the entities under icare and contribute to the development, evaluation, and review of processes and systems that support ongoing commercial viability.Prepare and source a range of project-related documents, including status updates and reports.Coordinate follow-up action for project management using discretion, initiative, and confidentiality to enable highly sensitive matters to be dealt with appropriately.Support delivery and implementation of change initiatives.Provide coaching to Business Analysts and act as a mentor to boost capability within less experienced resources.Skills & ExperienceRelevant tertiary education8+ years' experience in business analysis3+ years' experience in data migrationBusiness acumenHighly developed quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.Highly Desirable:Experience within the Insurance/Financial services industry.Good understanding of Agile principles.CultureWe know our strength comes from the diversity of our people and would encourage people with different experiences and backgrounds to apply.
