Target Business Services Location: Sydney Markets NSW 2129 Salary: $80,000 plus11.5 % superannuation Our client, National Fruit and Vegetables (Labour Hire) Pty Ltd. is a labour hire, HR and Accounting Management company for leading businesses in Australia and also has clients of all types and sizes across an array of industry sectors.
The client is seeking an enthusiastic ICT Business Analyst with a strong technical background to strengthen its team.
Client develops custom solutions, specific to customer requirements hence creativity and innovation are very much in the heart of its operation.
You will be dealing with clients requiring a variety of solutions. The ICT Business Analyst will be working across a diverse range of projects at any one time, preparing deliverables based on project scope.
As an experienced ICT Business Analyst your contribution will range across gathering and analysing information, developing and documenting improved processes and work instructions and recommending solutions that enable the organisation to achieve the targeted business outcomes.
You must hold a relevant Bachelor's degree.
At least 2 years previous experience as an ICT Business Analyst is must.
In this role your main responsibilities include: · Gather business requirements from clients · Support the development and implementation of solutions to meet business requirements · Work with relevant stakeholders to define roles, responsibilities, accountabilities and interactions · Analyse requirements, consult with senior developers and produce viable solutions · Document full requirements and manage changes to requirements · Conduct interviews with key personnel, subcontractors, program managers, and subject matter experts to develop content · Develop business requirement specifications which can be used to inform the solution design in the future · Communicate business changes in appropriate terms to IT/business teams and gain their agreement on the process redesign · Define roles, responsibilities, service tiers, documenting process flows · Manage productive stakeholder relationships and associated risks · Develop an agreed work plan of key performance indicators and outcomes · acting as a central reference and information source, providing guidance and assistance in the system project decision making process Candidate The successful candidate will be a motivated ICT Business Analyst with minimum 2 years' experience.
You will need to possess the following skills and personal attributes: · Excellent understanding of business process · Excellent client management skills · Strong documentation skills · Strong technical background · Superior interpersonal and team management skills · Establishing good working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders · Practical knowledge of process analysis tools and techniques Essential Criteria Proven experience in · achieving quality outcomes in the role identified · analysing data and assessing requirements from a business perspective · using systems analysis related models · mapping current/future state business processes and conducting gap analysis · defining operating procedures to enable business to use systems Remuneration The salary offered is $80,000 and is market competitive to attract the very best people.
Position is available for at least 3 years.
