We are seeking a Junior ICT Support – Applications Analyst to join our team at Ravenswood.
Reporting to the ICT Operations Manager, you will be part of the ICT Helpdesk team, providing support to staff and students.
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the School's Information Management System (training provided), managing data from various sources, developing and supporting online forms and workflows, and assisting with other platforms.
While a technical background is advantageous, we are particularly looking for candidates who demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service and a willingness to learn.
To be successful in securing this position, you have: Willingness to support the Guiding Principles of the SchoolA strong customer-focused approach to supportWorking knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365 and Adobe Creative SuiteA good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS QueryExperience working with SQL and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)Strong analytical skills and an eye for detailCommitment to working as part of a teamExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCreative problem-solving skillsAbility to manage a busy workload with accuracy and efficiencyCommitted to a culture of continuous growth and knowledgeRecent experience in a K-12 educational environmentSynergetic experienceWorking knowledge of Nintex Forms and WorkflowsExperience using SharePoint OnlineFoundational knowledge using Microsoft Copilot and Power AutomateTo Apply: Please include a cover letter as the first page of your resume.
