Tactiq is a fast growing Sydney-based pre-Series A SaaS startup that uses generative AI to extract knowledge from conversations. 400,000 + users and teams use Tactiq to process over 2 million monthly meetings. We're seeking a senior growth specialist for tactiq.io to grow existing channels and experiment with new growth channels and levers. You will work with the growth and marketing team to develop and enhance the content marketing strategy to drive user and revenue growth. Your goal will be to ensure that content is search-engine friendly and optimized to increase our company’s brand awareness and profitability. Responsibilities - Propose and experiment with new growth channels or initiatives to improve business performance. - Provide input and expertise to enhance the effectiveness of marketing activities, including content development and optimization, email marketing, and B2B marketing. - Identify, develop, and optimize growth channels to increase revenue. - Scale and automate Tactiq's growth processes. - Collaborate closely with other teams to share ideas, provide feedback, and present results. Requirements and skills - Thorough comprehension of data, analytics, metrics, and statistics - Hands on experience with web analytics and A/B testing tools - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities - Understanding of growth channels like SEO, content, social media, email marketing etc. - Curious about new growth channels and eager to experiment and learn - Great written and verbal English skills.
