What this opportunity involves: We’ve got an exciting opportunity for a Senior Analyst to join our Capital Markets Retail Investments team You will work on high-profile retail investment transactions and contribute to the success of our market-leading retail investment practice. _A snapshot of the role:_ - Develop and maintain complex financial models for retail asset valuations, acquisitions and dispositions - Prepare detailed cash flow projections and return metrics (IRR, NPV, yield) - Manage end-to-end sale campaigns for retail assets, including data room preparation and vendor/buyer liaison - Coordinate due diligence processes, ensuring all required information is collected and presented accurately - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific needs and objectives - Conduct in-depth market research and analysis of retail property trends, both locally and nationally Sound like the job you are looking for? Before you apply it’s also worth knowing what we are looking for: - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics or related field - Minimum of 5 years experience in retail property investment, valuation or related fields - Exceptional financial modelling skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel and other relevant software such as Forbury - Strong understanding of retail property fundamentals and performance drivers - In-depth knowledge of real estate capital markets and investment trends - Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines What you can expect from us: As an organisation, we don’t just accept that we are a place of many different people, but we embrace it, we celebrate it, and we proactively support the needs that difference brings.
