Senior FP&A Analyst About The Company:

They are seeking a dynamic Senior FP&A Analyst to join their team.
Position Overview:
Our client is looking for a skilled Senior FP&A Analyst to join their Finance team. The Senior FP&A Analyst will play a key role in financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support strategic decision-making within the organization. This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for retail to contribute to the company's success.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.Analyse financial data and performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and trend identification.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers and assess the financial impact of strategic initiatives.Assist in the preparation of presentations for executive leadership and board meetings.Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed.Qualifications: CPA/CA Qualified5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the manufacturing industry.Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools (ideally TM1 & PowerBI).Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively.Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence decision-making.Interested?
