**Job Description** - Undertaking general waiting duties including cleaning trolleys, taking orders and serving guests.  - Receipt of monies and cash up of service periods. - Follow and implement all departmental procedures, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and checklists. - Assist the Supervisor and Manager with training and developing Ambassadors. - Demonstrate the “Passion for Excellence”** **through serving our guests with flair and professionalism, ensuring that their requests are quickly and efficiently achieved. - Ensure all guests are provided with personalised service and that the “Essence of Pleasure” is achieved. - Embody the art of French hospitality through a “can do” attitude. - Perform tasks within a timely manner. - Assist with implementation and maintenance of Sofitel Brand Standards. - Assist the Lumiere on Thirty Five Manager with the training and development of all ambassadors while also maintaining a detailed training log. - Follow up on all guest comments, requests and complaints while informing the Supervisor and Manager of all such matters. **Qualifications** - Highly motivated with excellent attention to detail.  - Experience within a similar role. - Strong communication skills. - Always display a professional appearance, representing our Sofitel brand.  - Ability to work a rotating roster including weekends & public holidays. - Hold a current RSA certificate. **Additional Information** If you share our passion for hospitality, service excellence, innovation and drive, we would love to hear from you **Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:** _We are an inclusive company, and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
