**Your why ** Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our ucrew. Your primary responsibility will be providing reliable analytics, actionable insights and partnering with the business through strategising and sharing recommendations. This role reports directly to the FP&A Manager. **How you will spend your time ** As an FP&A Analyst, you will:    - Develop and maintain financial planning models to ensure efficient and accurate forecasting. - Support the FP&A function during financial plan development and reporting processes to meet agreed requirements. - Challenge business assumptions to strategise and drive financial forecasting, budgeting and financial modeling. - Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to build reporting, KPIs, and dashboards, incorporating both financial and non-financial metrics. - Collaborate within Group Finance and with wider business units to provide relevant inputs for their reporting deliverables. - Conduct deep dives into operating expenses to understand cost drivers, major vendor spend, and identify opportunities for efficiency and savings. **_Essential _** - Strong communication skills - Exceptional stakeholder relationship management - Experience working with Power Query & large data sets **_Desirable _** - Experience with Microsoft suite, Slack and Confluence (or other collaboration tools). - CA or CPA qualifications **Why ubank? ** - Hybrid working model - with 3 days in our central Sydney CBD office located above Wynyard station.  - Highly collaborative and positive culture - Strong internal development & growth opportunities - + other fantastic benefits to support
