We are seeking a skilled Global Procurement Specialist to support strategic purchasing projects from customer inquiry through to series release.

Responsibilities:

• Support project-related supplier selection and qualification on international markets.
• Draft and negotiate contracts with suppliers and service providers.
• Evaluate quality standards in the procurement of materials.
• Manage document distribution, including drawings.
• Control purchasing prices and report regularly, analyzing cost structures and values.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and implement measures.
• Conduct regular benchmarks of the procurement market.

To be successful as a Global Procurement Specialist, you should have:

• Completed studies or equivalent training and further education in a technical or business management field.
• Multiple years of experience in technical purchasing, preferably in a manufacturing company.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ideally SAP.
• Strong negotiating and communication skills.
• Fluency in German and English is required.
