If so, you might be the perfect fit for our Partner Services team in Vienna or Innsbruck.

As an Account Executive, you'll manage a portfolio of partners, providing them with expert commercial advice to drive performance growth and business success. Your main objective will be to drive commercial advice to partners, evaluate their performance characteristics, and prioritize and manage their accounts to achieve expected business value.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Proactively communicate with partners in your local market to assist with the development of Booking.com's business.
  • Be the first point of contact for partners, answering questions and following up when needed.
  • Maintain a stable relationship with accommodation partners, ensuring they offer our customers the best availability and competitive pricing.
  • Stay up-to-date on Booking.com's products and services, explaining their benefits and usage to partners.
  • Identify opportunities for partners to improve Booking.com's business, using internal segmentation to prioritize.
  • Pass on new potential partner leads for further follow-up.
  • Take customer service escalations related to your managed portfolio and resolve them efficiently.
  • Support the organization of events, such as workshops and webinars, for partners, and attend and participate in partner events for your managed portfolio.

  • Language: English and German written and verbal.
