Senior Workplace Experience Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Workplace Experience Specialist to join our global People and Culture team at Dynatrace. As a key member of our Workplace Experience team, you will play a critical role in enhancing our work environment and driving employee engagement to deliver exceptional business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Support our hybrid 1st team with 600 colleagues, assigned to your office location, and work closely with the global Workplace Experience team.
- Organize internal events tailored to the needs of your office location in cooperation with the Global Event Management team.
- Develop and implement a future way of work concept by continuously improving our office space planning and serving as a true ambassador for the local Dynatrace hybrid community.
- Collaborate with the Finance team on Travel Management tools and Expenses and preparatory invoicing.
- Provide local office support for visitor management, workshop preparation, onsite Facility services quality assurance.
- Purchase in close cooperation with our Procurement team.
- Ensure alignment and improvement of our Employee Benefits and administer them together with our People Operations Team.
- Support and advise the team on everyday tasks.
People & Culture
- Bring the Dynatrace Culture to your Community and be a true Ambassador for your hybrid Dynatrace community.
- Onboard new employees with a Team Onboarding presentation and an office tour, creating an outstanding first day experience for new team members.
- Promote new global initiatives to the Community in cooperation with the Internal Communication Team and maintain a single source of truth Information Hub for all processes.
- Eagerness for process improvement in close cooperation with a dynamic and innovative global People & Culture team for 600 team members and our local site leaders.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Office Management or a similar position, preferably in a global company.
- Readiness and willingness to take on new responsibilities and improve processes for the better.
- Team Player attitude to contribute and drive projects with a get-things-done mentality.
- Strongly developed sense for business needs and goals.
- Talent for communication, prioritization, and general work organization.
- Integrative, empathic, and solution-driven way of thinking.
- Fluent German and English skills are a must-have.

Compensation and Rewards
- We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
- Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 45,000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
