We are seeking a highly skilled M&A Advisor to contribute to our company's strategic objectives. As a key member of our Corporate Development team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and assessing potential M&A targets, conducting thorough market research, and leveraging industry experience to inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful project execution
  • Support the due diligence process, ensuring comprehensive analysis and evaluation of potential opportunities and risks
  • Develop detailed business plans, conducting strategic and financial analyses, identifying synergies, and clearly presenting findings to the Head of Corporate Development
  • Provide valuable insights on market trends and competitor activities to inform and refine the overall corporate strategy
Requirements:
  • Successful completion of a degree in business administration or a comparable field
  • International professional experience in a finance or consulting role
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
  • Analytical thinking and a self-driven, solution-oriented work approach
  • Knowledge in project management with a high customer and service orientation
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, along with sound judgment, resilience, and integrity
