As a key member of our Corporate Development team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and evaluating potential acquisition targets that align with our strategic objectives. Your expertise in mergers and acquisitions will enable us to expand our product portfolio, enhance our market presence, and drive long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential M&A targets and assess their strategic fit with our company
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful project execution and integration
  • Develop and implement comprehensive due diligence processes to evaluate potential opportunities and risks
  • Provide strategic and financial analysis to inform business decisions and drive growth
  • Contribute to the development of detailed business plans and present findings to senior management
Requirements
  • Proven experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate development, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Fluent in English, with additional languages a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
