Join Our Team as a Finance Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Operations Specialist to join our team at Vienna Insurance Group. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for supporting the installation and enhancement of our Group-wide SAP systems, participating in the groupwide S/4 Hana Transformation, and coordinating and describing requests related to finance.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Support VIG insurance companies in the installation and enhancement of SAP systems
  • Participate in the groupwide S/4 Hana Transformation as a business role
  • Coordinate and describe finance-related requests, providing support throughout the request life cycle
  • Support and lead Group companies through Group reporting processes
  • Liaise with various specialist departments
  • Involvement in finance-related projects, especially with a focus on SAP
  • Ensure the fulfilment of user acceptance tests (UATs) and related documentation

Requirements
  • Relevant, completed degree in business informatics, finance, and accounting or similar
  • Relevant professional experience as an interface function between business and IT
  • Profound knowledge and experience in working with SAP systems, ideally with S/4 HANA
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills in an international working environment
  • Reliability and high ability to work under pressure, with an independent and responsible approach
  • Very good knowledge of written and spoken English; knowledge of German is an advantage but not a requirement

Based on the legal requirements, we inform about the monthly minimum salary according to the collective agreement of EUR 3,138.19 gross on the basis of full-time employment (37.5 hours/week). Of course, the remuneration package is market-compliant. It is important to us that your salary is based on your qualifications and experience, therefore we will discuss the salary together in a personal interview.
