Finance Process Improvement Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Process Improvement Specialist to join our team at Arbio Group GmbH. As a key member of our Finance team, you will play a crucial role in leveling up our processes and gaining valuable work experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage payment processing tasks, including collection processes, dataset preparation, and effective communication with guests.
  • Support daily finance operations and learn about the finance area.

Requirements:

  • Availability to work several days a week up to 20 hours per week.
  • Enrollment in finance, accounting, business administration, or a comparable field of study.
  • Discretion with regard to financial information.
  • Strong interest in working in the Finance or Accounting Function.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Structured and results-oriented approach.
  • First experience in a Finance Function, ideally in a high-growth startup or Big4 environment.
  • Business fluency in English, German is a plus.
