Wir suchen eine engagierte und analytische Persönlichkeit, die sich für die Herausforderungen des Crew Control Teams begeistert. Als Crew Control Specialist bist du das Bindeglied zwischen Planung und Realität und stellst sicher, dass unsere Crews zur richtigen Zeit am richtigen Ort sind.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Deine Entscheidungen machen den Unterschied - für das Team, den Flug und unsere Passagiere.
  • Du bist für die kurzfristige Einsatzplanung und Dienstplanoptimierung der Cockpit- und der Kabinenbesatzung für die nächsten 72h zuständig.
  • Du überwachst laufende Einsätze der Besatzungen und reagierst schnell auf Irregularities.
  • Du stimmst dich eng mit Operations Control ab.
  • Du erstellst Dokumente für die Immigration der Crews.
  • Du bist für die Planung von Techniker:innen/ Loadmaster und Observerhandling verantwortlich.
  • Du organisierst außerplanmäßige Transport- und Hotelbuchungen.
Profil
  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung bzw. Matura.
  • Freude an planerischen Aufgaben und vernetztem Denken.
  • Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten.
  • Belastbare, engagierte Persönlichkeit.
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtdienst.
  • Einschlägige Erfahrung im Airline Business von Vorteil.
  • Kenntnisse des KV Bords und den relevanten Kapitel des OM-A von Vorteil.
  • Gute Einschätzung für die Belastung von Flugzeugbesatzungen in unterschiedlichen Umfeldern (LR/MR/SR) von Vorteil.
  • Kenntnisse in Crew-Rostering Systemen (z. B. NetLine) von Vorteil.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Uneingeschränkter Zugang zum österreichischen Arbeitsmarkt.
