Project Engineer

Life Science Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join their team in Cootehill, Co. Cavan. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for leading plant capital projects, planning and scheduling work, and ensuring compliance with company international global standards, GMP, and environmental requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish departmental goals, schedules, and timetables for activities with the Principal Program Manager.
  • Plan and schedule work in accordance with plant demand and available manpower.
  • Maintain adequate stores stock levels and ensure proper in/out control.
  • Ensure compliance with Company International Global Standards, GMP & Environmental requirements.
  • Responsible for leading plant capital projects as assigned.
  • Presentation of project charters and business case proposals for review with management team.
  • Procurement of vendor services that are fit for purpose, cost-effective, and incorporate appropriate Service Level Agreements.
  • Responsible for ensuring full implementation of all projects in line with site validation programs.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent discipline with a minimum of 5 years relevant Engineering Experience.
  • Knowledge of an Automated Manufacturing Environment and packing equipment.
