Job Title: Senior Designops Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Designops Specialist to join our Design & Experience Operations (DXO) team. As a key member of our global experience design community, you will play a critical role in helping us build a strong foundation for design processes, workflows, and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and improve design processes, workflows, and guidelines to optimize productivity and ensure a consistent product experience.
  • Advocate for the practice of design operations, providing direction and mentorship to other design practitioners.
  • Develop and maintain a program of rituals designed to foster collaboration and learning opportunities for the design and experience community.
  • Be a strong advocate for design and experience within Dynatrace, elevating the global design practice and encouraging best practices.
  • Translate strategic company goals into Design Ops initiatives and interface with different roles and departments across the organization.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of professional experience in the UX space, with 2+ years in Design Ops or Design Program Management.
  • Proven track record of rolling out changes in a large and complex organizational environment, providing measurable impact.
  • Solid knowledge of Design Ops practices, as well as UX methods.
  • Strong understanding of design and collaboration tools, such as Figma, Miro, or similar.
  • Experience with project management, documentation, and enablement initiatives.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
