About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Software Re-Invention to join our team at SQUER Solutions München GmbH. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and growing our service portfolio around System Design and Architecture and Software Modernisation.

As a charismatic leader, you will foster and inspire your team to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our clients. You will be responsible for shaping a comprehensive strategy for your business unit, strengthening customer relationships, and enhancing SQUER's market position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a growth strategy for the business unit.
  • Identify market trends and customer needs and perform competitive analysis to adapt and improve the business unit's services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners to expand the business unit's operations and strengthen customer retention and the company's market position.
  • Monitor and analyze customer satisfaction to identify and address weaknesses.
  • Lead and develop employees to ensure optimal performance and promote company growth.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, openness, and innovation to ensure successful company growth and development.
Requirements
  • Experience planning, implementing, and monitoring projects, budgets, and operational metrics.
  • Experience with complex technical projects at the corporate level and consulting experience with custom software solutions.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent German and English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
