Job Summary

We are seeking a charismatic leader to join our team as the Head of Software Re-Invention. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and growing our service portfolio around System Design and Architecture and Software Modernisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the business unit, driving growth and innovation.
  • Market Analysis: Identify market trends and customer needs, performing competitive analysis to adapt and improve the business unit's services.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners to expand the business unit's operations and strengthen customer retention and the company's market position.
  • Employee Leadership: Lead, select, and develop employees to ensure optimal performance and promote company growth.
  • Culture Promotion: Foster a culture of collaboration, openness, and innovation to ensure successful company growth and development.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to create synergies and ensure the achievement of company goals.

Requirements

  • Project Management: Experience planning, implementing, and monitoring projects, budgets, and operational metrics.
  • Technical Expertise: Background in software development, extensive experience with domain-driven and event-driven architectures, and a good understanding of how to integrate and migrate software systems.
  • Leadership Skills: Charismatic leader with high empathy, strong performance orientation, and excellent social skills.
  • Language Skills: Excellent German and English language skills in both written and verbal communication.

Compensation

We offer a fair annual salary starting at € 85.000,- including overtime - with the possibility of overpayment depending on qualifications and experience.
