Every day, we embrace the challenge to create a positive impact. As a Product Launch Coordinator (m/f/d), you will be tasked with orchestrating the introduction of new products and ensuring timely execution of product launches (Generics, OTC, and Rx products).
Key Responsibilities
Your primary duties in this role will include:
Serving as the local project leader for launches and being the country contact for all launch-related initiatives, market analysis, and portfolio evaluation of current and future products and line extensions Assisting in strategic decision-making and identifying future indications Enabling, leveraging, and maximizing Pharmig's achievements in selecting the appropriate compounds in collaboration with marketing, sales, supply chain, medical, regulatory, and quality teams Leading cross-functional teams at both regional and local levels Collaborating closely with regional Launch Managers and local teams Monitoring and tracking the progress of product launchesQualifications
The essential qualifications for this position are:
A Master's Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biology, Medicine, or Economics A minimum of 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector with a robust understanding of healthcare policies, pricing, reimbursement systems, and Health Technology Assessment A strategic, analytical, and operational mindset paired with strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Proficiency in both German and English (written and spoken)Compensation
