Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Process Manager:in (m/w/d) to join our team. As a Business Process Manager:in, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining process maps for our international sales companies, identifying and visualizing existing sales processes in the wholesale trade, and analyzing and optimizing these processes to increase efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain process maps for international sales companies
  • Identify and visualize existing sales processes in the wholesale trade
  • Analyze and optimize sales processes to increase efficiency
  • Design and model future-proof sales processes that showcase our innovation strength
  • Contribute to the standardization and structuring of our existing business processes
  • Advise and support sales teams in designing new business fields to strengthen our competitiveness
Requirements
  • Completed studies in business administration or computer science
  • Experience in process management or a comparable position is an asset
  • Strong understanding of complex process flows and analytical thinking
  • Proactive and solution-oriented working style, driven by innovation
  • Passion for IT and digitalization, with excellent English language skills
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel
