Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Process Technology and Operations team at Lam Research. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of process technology and operations strategies that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Technology Leadership
    • Develop and implement process technology roadmaps to drive business growth and competitiveness
    • Lead the development of electrochemical and etching processes on SEMSYSCO equipment
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvements
  • Operations Management
    • Oversee the technical and operational management of the process team
    • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Project Management
    • Plan and execute complex scientific and technical experiments for customer projects
    • Evaluate and document results, and present findings to stakeholders
    • Collaborate with customers and suppliers to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Technical Expertise
    • Develop and maintain technical expertise in process technology and operations
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
    • Provide technical guidance and support to team members
  • Leadership and Collaboration
    • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve business objectives
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
    Requirements
    • Education
      • Completed university studies (master's degree or diploma) in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science, or a related field
    • Experience
      • At least 5 years of experience in IC substrates, wet chemical deposition, or etching processes
      • Several years of leadership experience and a proven track record of success
    • Skills
      • Business fluent English language skills
      • Strong technical interest and solution affinity
      • Systematic approach to work and independent application of strategies and procedures for problem solving
      • Good communication skills and intercultural competence
