Job Summary
We are seeking to strengthen our purchasing department at our Salzburg location on a full-time basis as soon as possible.

- Leading a team of 6 employees with clear goals and objectives
- Pursuing internal and group targets
- Coordinating and negotiating annual contracts
- Negotiating procurement of investment goods for 6 locations
- Contract drafting
- Developing cost optimization and procurement synergies
- Continuous improvement of processes and systems
What You Should Bring
- Completed (economic/technical) education and several years of experience in a comparable (management) position
- Experience in motivating and developing employees
- Economic and solution-oriented thinking and acting, high negotiation skills
- Hands-on mentality, customer orientation, and implementation strength
- Travel readiness
- Secure negotiation skills in English and German
- Engagement, team ability, and high social competence
