Your Mission

As our Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end projects, ensuring timely completion and meeting quality standards. You will orchestrate activities across the organization, collaborating with product management, product marketing, sales enablement, and senior leadership. Your key objectives include:

  • Ensuring deadline adherence and quality of deliverables from all teams
  • Evaluating customer feedback, sales data, and other indicators to identify issues and opportunities
  • Developing action plans to address identified challenges
  • Providing regular performance and project updates to senior leadership
  • Forging partnerships necessary for product development
Your Profile

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for entrepreneurship, strategy, and management control. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken
  • University degree from a top business school or related university
  • 5+ years of project management experience in high-performance environments (tech startups and high-growth SaaS companies)
  • Previous experience working in a consulting company
  • Strong thought leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team spirit and interest in a high-growth scale-up environment
  • Valid work permit for Austria
