As a Senior Project Manager in our Operations team, you will play a key role in driving our growth and success.
Your Mission- Lead end-to-end project management, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, product marketing, sales enablement, and senior leadership.
- Evaluate customer feedback, sales data, and other indicators to identify issues and opportunities.
- Develop action plans to address challenges and opportunities.
- Provide regular performance and project updates to senior leadership.
- Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
- University degree from a top business school or other related university.
- 5+ years of project management experience in high-performance environments.
- Previous experience working in a consulting company is a must.
- Strong thought leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team spirit and interest in a high-growth scale-up environment.
- Valid work permit for Austria.
- Experience in B2B SaaS industries.
- Experience in launching new SaaS products.
- An extensive compensation package, including a minimum salary of EUR 3,724 gross per month.
