Job Title: Senior Project Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Associate to join our team at the OSCE. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and administering project activities, supporting day-to-day planning, and providing recommendations on project implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the timely accomplishment of project outputs by coordinating and administering project activities.
  • Support mobilization and coordination of experts, consultants, contractors, and goods and services.
  • Manage inter-agency coordination meetings with national stakeholders and provide advice and recommendations on required inputs from national partners.
  • Represent the OSCE at local, national, regional conferences, and events.
  • Assemble and synthesize data to facilitate analysis of project activities and draft periodic or ad-hoc management reports.
  • Consolidate and monitor various reports on project human resources planning and expenditures.
Requirements:
  • Completed secondary education, supplemented by specialized training or formal studies in the field relevant for the project.
  • A minimum of seven years of relevant working experience in the field of rule of law, human rights, democratization, anti-corruption, or other related field.
  • Experience in project planning, implementation, and reporting.
  • Managerial experience would be an asset.
  • Established knowledge and understanding of the developments on the reform agenda in the area of rule of law/human rights in Ukraine.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Ukrainian languages.
  • Ability to conduct independent research and collect information from a variety of sources.
  • Digital literacy and proficient use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), internet.
  • Experience with an ERP software will be an asset.
  • Demonstrated gender awareness and sensitivity, and an ability to integrate a gender perspective into tasks and activities.
  • Ability and willingness to work as a member of a team, with people of different cultural and religious backgrounds, different gender, and diverse political views, while maintaining impartiality and objectivity.
What We Offer:
  • Monthly remuneration, subject to social security deductions, is USD 2, as per the relevant OSCE salary scale.
  • Participation in Cigna medical insurance scheme and the OSCE Provident Fund.
