About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Research Associate to join our team at IQVIA. As a Senior Clinical Research Associate, you will play a key role in advancing our clients' clinical research goals and contributing to the growth and development of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits to ensure high-quality data collection and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support the development of subject recruitment plans and evaluate the quality and integrity of site practices in accordance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines.
  • Manage progress by tracking regulatory submissions, recruitment, case report form (CRF) completion, and data query resolution.
  • Collaborate with experts at study sites and with client representatives to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Mentor less experienced team members and provide subject matter expertise on specific topics as needed.
Requirements
  • University degree in life science or other scientific discipline or apprenticeship in the health care field.
  • Minimum of four years of on-site monitoring experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Knowledge of applicable clinical research regulatory requirements, including GCP and ICH guidelines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in German on at least C1 level and a good command of English.
  • Flexibility to travel up to 40-60% of working time.
  • Driver's license class B.
