Job Description

As a Relationship Manager at BANK OF CHINA(Central and Eastern Europe) Limited Vienna Branch, you will play a key role in maintaining and expanding customer relationships to a full range of banking services and products. Your tasks will include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and expand customer relationships to a full range of banking services and products, including trade finance and financial markets, to enhance overall profitability.
  • Explore potential business opportunities and provide financial services to both existing and target customers, including fully communicating and understanding customer needs, providing applicable financial services and products, formulating marketing plans, and organizing customer visits/meetings.
  • Independently evaluate credit projects and write credit reports for decision-makers, operate with internal systems, and monitor post-loans.
  • Coordinate with interbank partners, performing tasks related to interbank cooperation, such as complex syndicated loans, SSD loans, trading, and other opportunities.
  • Be involved in KPI assessment and assist the Team Leader in completing other business/marketing-related matters.
  • Cooperate and coordinate with BOC group members.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Economics, Commerce, or Financial Studies.
  • 2 years of relevant experience in the financial sector.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, and social competence.
  • Fluent in German and English; Chinese in writing and reading is a plus.
Benefits
