About the Role:

This Bank of America position is for a Relationship Banker who will engage clients in the lobby, educate them on financial solutions, and assist with transactions. Key responsibilities include processing cash transactions, building relationships, and connecting clients to solutions that meet their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence
  • Build relationships with clients to meet their financial needs
  • Follow established processes and guidelines in daily activities
  • Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts
  • Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively
  • Drive the client experience
  • Manage cash responsibilities

Required Qualifications:

  • Be an enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and focus on results

Bilingual Spanish Required:

  • Experience in financial services and knowledge of industry products and solutions
  • Demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment
