Sales Generation and Relationship Builder

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team in Switzerland and Austria. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in driving growth and expansion across these regions.
Key Responsibilities- Engage Potential Clients: Conduct impactful cold-calling campaigns to spark interest and initiate conversations with prospective clients.
- Build a Strong Pipeline: Develop and maintain a steady stream of qualified leads for long-term success.
- Qualify Leads: Use strategic questioning to assess client needs, ensuring leads are relevant and actionable.
- Nurture Relationships: Establish trust and maintain professional communication with potential clients, following up to ensure lasting connections.
- Collaborate for Success: Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead transitions and maximize conversion opportunities.
- Leverage Technology: Utilize CRM and marketing automation systems to track, analyze, and manage customer interactions.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to exceed targets by meeting and surpassing goals for call volumes, qualified leads, and closed deals, contributing directly to the company's success.
About You- Several years of professional experience in cold calling or sales, preferably in Switzerland.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues alike.
- A strong understanding of IT and technical products, enabling you to effectively identify and address the needs of potential B2B customers.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and establish relationships with potential clients.
- An independent and motivated work ethic, with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Experience in working with CRM systems, with a proven ability to utilize technology to drive sales success.
As a Sales Development Representative at Matrix42 GmbH, you can expect a competitive salary of €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience. In addition to a comprehensive salary package, we offer a range of benefits, including:
