We are seeking an experienced Commercial Sales and Account Manager for our brand new 132 room Aparthotel in the heart of Vienna's historic Bauernmarkt. You'll be helping us introduce our exceptional Wilde experience to guests in our first opening in Austria.

Our new aparthotel is a celebration of all things Vienna, with an open-air courtyard, sleek speakeasy bar, and modern European brasserie blending Viennese classics with bold favourites.

We respect Vienna's heritage while adding contemporary flair. With stunning high ceilings, welcoming atmosphere, and commitment to authenticity, we're creating a space as warm and inviting as the city itself.

The ideal candidate must have prior experience in hotel sales, luxury lifestyle segment, and local market knowledge - an absolute requirement for this role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a great attitude and friendly manner to join the team at an exciting time of expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan local and national sales activities, network with teams, and attend trade shows to promote Wilde and the group portfolio.
  • Meet and speak with clients, securing and managing corporate accounts by building professional relationships.
  • Actively promote the Wilde brand through sales and marketing activity, including promotional road shows and presentations.

Requirements:

  • Hotel/Aparthotel Sales, Reservations, and/or Property Account Management
  • Prior experience working in the Vienna market, with local market knowledge
  • Working knowledge of English and German
  • New business generation
  • Corporate Business Travel, Group, and Extended stay segments
  • Knowledge of Sales Force/Opera/IDEAS/Agency360/LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Fiercely proactive with a can-do attitude

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum (based on location and experience)
