About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our Inside Sales team at Avantor. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers in Austria, providing expert advice and guidance on our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer loyalty and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales data and reports to inform business decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure Avantor remains competitive
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in a similar industry or role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
