Account Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Account Development Manager to join our team at PXP Financial. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of international accounts, focusing on upselling, cross-selling, and onboarding new business.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the accounts, ensuring alignment and driving revenue growth.
- Continuously identify and create up- and cross-selling opportunities to strengthen the business relationship.
- Monitor commercial KPIs to reach targets and provide agreed services and Service Level Agreements.
- Frequently attend international trade shows and visit accounts to build relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Proven experience and expertise within the payments industry, with a deep understanding of payment solutions, e-commerce, and financial services.
- Strong knowledge of payment processing, merchant services, and industry regulations.
- Demonstrated track record of success in account management, with a focus on driving revenue growth and client satisfaction.
- Extensive network within the payments industry, with the ability to leverage relationships to identify new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Annual gross salary from EUR 40,000.- (on a full-time basis). Overpayment possible based on qualifications and professional experience.
