Job Title: Senior Technical Account Manager

At Dynatrace, we're looking for a seasoned Senior Technical Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our account team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining post-sales relationships with our largest, most complex, and most valuable customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive customer success and growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers to ensure successful adoption and deployment of Dynatrace products
  • Identify and communicate customer needs and pain points to internal stakeholders to drive product development and innovation
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customer executives and technical leaders to ensure alignment and advocacy
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in a technical account management or similar role
  • Proven track record of driving customer success and growth
  • Strong technical knowledge of Dynatrace products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
