About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Account Manager to join our team at Dynatrace. As a Senior Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, ensuring their success with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers, troubleshooting complex issues and implementing solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their technical requirements and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive customer success and growth.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with customers, identifying opportunities for improvement and providing strategic recommendations.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to customers, enhancing their technical knowledge and skills.
  • Partner with customers to identify and prioritize technical requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide input on product roadmap and feature development, ensuring customer needs are met and exceeded.
  • Engage with customer support teams to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in technical account management, with a strong background in software development and technical support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong technical knowledge of software development, cloud computing, and IT infrastructure.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
