About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Account Manager to join our team in Austria. As a Senior Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and technical expertise to our customers, ensuring their successful adoption and utilization of our Dynatrace platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to customers on the implementation and optimization of Dynatrace solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their technical requirements and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product management, to ensure alignment and effective communication with customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Dynatrace technologies and industry trends, applying this knowledge to drive customer success and growth.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand customer relationships, driving revenue growth and increasing customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in a technical account management or similar role, with a strong background in software as a service (SaaS) industry.
  • Proven track record of success in leadership, mentorship, and organizational behavior, with a strong ability to manage executive relationships and discussions.
  • Exceptional English and German written and verbal communication skills, with impeccable time management skills and an ability to self-direct.
  • Professional Level Dynatrace certification, with a willingness to learn new technologies and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Two or more industry-relevant Associate Level certifications, such as AWS, Azure, or Kubernetes.
