About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Account Manager to join our team at Dynatrace. As a Senior Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing technical guidance and support, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Success
    • Develop and execute customer success plans to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
    • Provide technical guidance and support to customers, including troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs and pain points
  • Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and prospective customers
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
    • Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue new sales opportunities
  • Technical Expertise
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry
    • Develop and maintain deep technical knowledge of Dynatrace products and services
    • Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
    • Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of customer needs and expectations
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs and pain points
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience
    • 4+ years of experience in a technical account management or sales role
    • Experience working with large enterprise customers, including executive leadership
  • Skills
    • Exceptional technical and business acumen
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
    • Proficiency in German language
