About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Account Manager to join our team at Dynatrace. As a Senior Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, ensuring their success with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers, helping them to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues with our products and services.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their continued satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication with customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, applying this knowledge to improve customer outcomes and drive business growth.
  • Contribute to the development of technical content, such as documentation and training materials, to support customer success.
  • Participate in sales and marketing initiatives, providing technical expertise and insights to help drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in a technical account management or similar role.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Dynatrace products and services, as well as industry trends and technologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Fluency in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
