Job Title: Technical Senior Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Senior Account Manager to join our team in Austria. As a Technical Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for working closely with our customers to understand their technical needs and provide expert guidance and support to ensure successful adoption and usage of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers on the use of our products and services
  • Work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and growth areas
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience
  • 4+ years of experience in a technical account management role, preferably in the cloud industry
  • Proven track record of success in a technical account management role, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention
  • Excellent technical skills, with a strong understanding of cloud technologies and software development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
