About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Account Manager to join our team at Dynatrace software GmbH. As a Senior Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and guidance to our customers, ensuring their successful adoption and ongoing usage of our product.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Advocacy: Be the customer's advocate, understanding their goals, use cases, and requirements to provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
  2. Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of Dynatrace products and services, as well as a deep understanding of customers' infrastructure, architecture, and business/regulatory requirements.
  3. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with customers to develop strategic plans, identify opportunities for growth, and provide guidance on product adoption and configuration.
  4. Training and Enablement: Provide web-based training to user groups, support organizational adoption, and help customers and account teams to speed resolution.
  5. Communication and Escalation: Communicate with customer support, product management, and R&D to ensure speedy resolution of customer issues and provide insights, advice, and 'street credibility' with technical teams.
  6. Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Help document best practices in developing and using Dynatrace, and maintain current functional and technical knowledge of Dynatrace products and services.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Deep understanding of Dynatrace products and services
  • Excellent technical skills and knowledge of infrastructure, architecture, and business/regulatory requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Fluency in German language
