About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Account Manager to join our team in Germany. As a Senior Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, ensuring their success with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers, including troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive customer success and growth.
  • Contribute to the development of technical content, including documentation and training materials, to support customer adoption and success.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in a technical account management role, with a strong focus on customer success and technical support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Dynatrace products and services, as well as industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Fluency in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
