Position Overview

As a Senior Technical Account Manager at Dynatrace, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. Your primary focus will be to uphold our Core Values while ensuring that our customers achieve their technical objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the customer, understanding their goals and use cases to recommend process enhancements and product adoption strategies.
  • Technical Expertise: Address and resolve complex configuration challenges with Dynatrace solutions and related integrations.
  • Strategic Guidance: Collaborate with customers to define long-term technical goals and provide expert advice for ongoing product usage.
  • Training and Education: Conduct web-based training sessions to facilitate organizational adoption of our solutions.
  • Coaching: Mentor and guide Technical Account Managers to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
  • Support Engagement: Act as a liaison with customer support to expedite issue resolution and advocate for customer needs.
  • Product Management Collaboration: Engage with product management to represent customer interests in roadmap discussions.
  • Business Reviews: Prepare and participate in Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews with clients.
  • Knowledge Maintenance: Stay updated on Dynatrace products and services to provide informed support.
  • Best Practices Documentation: Contribute to the documentation of best practices for utilizing Dynatrace solutions.
  • Insights and Trends: Analyze support ticket trends to assist in developing success plans and enablement strategies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience working with large enterprise clients.
  • Proven leadership and mentorship capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage executive-level relationships.
  • Professional Level Dynatrace certification (or willingness to obtain within six months).
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies and application server technologies.
  • Customer service orientation with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
