About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Senior Account Manager to join our team at Dynatrace Austria GmbH. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customized solutions to meet the unique needs of our enterprise customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to customers on Dynatrace products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership and technical teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our customers are equipped with the latest solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
  • 4+ years of experience working with large enterprise customers, including executive leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability in leadership, mentorship, and organizational behavior.
  • Exceptional English written and verbal communications skills, with Dutch highly valued.
  • Impeccable time management skills and ability to self-direct.
  • Professional Level Dynatrace certification (or get certification within six months).
