Senior Technical Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Account Manager to join our team at Dynatrace Austria GmbH. As a Senior Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our enterprise customers, providing technical guidance and support to ensure successful adoption and utilization of our products.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Success: Work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry, and provide expert advice to customers on how to leverage our products to achieve their business goals.
- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our customers, and work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of our products and services.
- Communication: Effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and provide regular updates on customer progress and success.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective delivery of our products and services.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in a technical account management or similar role, with a strong background in cloud technologies and enterprise software solutions.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions to complex technical problems.
