Key Responsibilities- Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers on Dynatrace products and services
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions to customers
- Communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of plans
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years of experience working with large enterprise customers, including executive leadership
- Demonstrated ability in leadership, mentorship, and organizational behavior
- Strong technical understanding and experience in Saa S industry
- Professional Level Dynatrace certification (or get certification within six months)
- Two or more industry-relevant Associate Level certifications (AWS, Azure, k8s, )
